This is a letters and words generator, developed for ITC. It is based on a quantum random numbers generator, which measures quantum fluctuations of the vaccum permanently. Then we translate those random numbers into letters chosen from a latin alphabet, and words chosen from dictionaries. Some entities might be able to act on the physical system producing the random numbers, to influence the output and form meaningful sequences.
In this page, generated words and letters are common, that is they are generated by an external computer, your browser only download and displays them, and every user sees the sames.
First select one or two languages, then indicate whether you want the detected/generated words to be said out loud with your speakers (so that you do not need to read anymore), and finally start the stream.

So in the letters stream, characters are picked up randomly from it, and each character has the same probability of being chosen. We insert many whitespaces in the alphabet, to separate into words, but in the letters display, when several whitespaces are consecutive, they are compressed into only one.
Everytime a word is formed (sequence of letters separated by spaces), an algorithm checks whether the word exists in a dictionary of the selected language, and if true it is considered as 'detected', and repeated in the 'detected words' field.
The word generator is based on similar principles. In a dictionary of the selected language, each word is associated to a number, so when one picks up a random number, it is transformed to a word via the dictionary labels. Each word has an equal probability of being choosed.
All generated letters and words of the common session, of all dates since it started, are saved in a databasis. You can see today's generated letters (select 'raw data'), and today's detected words (pairs of numbers h-m are hour and minute):

You can see the generated texts of previous days too by manually changing the date in the addresses.
There is also a private session version, where the generated letters and words are only visible by you. You need a 'recorder' account for this.
